Special Olympics seeks a Senior Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of the CRM platform within Unified Champion Schools. This role will ensure seamless user experience, collaborate with UCS staff across the US, and supervise CRM-related training and data workflows.

The position requires 2-3 years in CRM solutions, preferred Microsoft Dynamics experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Remote USA or DC options available with full-time benefits.

• High level of understanding around the importance of a CRM solution.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with accessibility standards and product solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the UCS CRM expert for the CRM platform and UCS Grant Portal.
• Promote platform adoption through training, change management and troubleshooting.
• Participate in CRM-related working groups aligned to UCS strategic plans.
• Troubleshoot UCS CRM issues and review maintenance bugs.
• Create and update training materials for CRM and UCS Grant Portal.
• Support data requests across UCS divisions and collaborate on data cleanliness.
