• Serve as subject matter expert for CRM platform and UCS Grant Portal.
• Promote platform adoption through training and change management.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and respond to Helpdesk tickets for UCS staff.
• Create and update training materials for CRM and Grant Portal.
• Support data requests and data cleansing across UCS divisions.
• Assist in CRM platform development and sprint activities.
• Grow expertise to cover additional SONA and UCS platforms.
