Job summary

Wipfli offers a CRM internship with a rotational experience across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Creatio within Wipfli’s Growth & Collaboration space. Interns will gain hands‑on exposure to CRM implementation and client engagement while developing foundational consulting skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of study.
• Above average college GPA; preferred 3.0 or higher.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong propensity for innovative thinking with disciplined rigor.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to build professional business relationships.
• Desire to help companies maximize value with technology and process improvement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in CRM software analysis, design, selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients.
• Assist in business analysis and project management across industries.
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of CRM solutions.
• Shadow client meetings, demos and feedback sessions.
• Engage in collaborative projects including sandbox environments and demo builds.
• Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem solving.
• Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops.
