Job summary

• Experience owning and optimizing a CRM and marketing tech stack.
• Ability to pull, clean, and interpret data from marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics, attribution, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM system end-to-end including reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Analyze data across marketing tech stack to improve lead quality and ROI.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs for leadership.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, IT, and leadership.
• Lead data governance, data integration, and security for marketing data.
• Perform A/B testing and campaign performance analysis across channels.
