Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to convert CRM, BD, and marketing data into actionable insights that boost lead generation, revenue growth, and campaign performance.

You will own and administer the company’s CRM, drive enhancements, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity across the marketing tech stack. The role partners with Business Development, Marketing, IT, and leadership to turn data into strategic recommendations, optimize lead scoring in HubSpot, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration, or BI/data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially configuration of dashboards, reports, workflows, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM system as business owner and administrator, leading enhancements, dashboards, reporting, workflows, and data governance.
• Analyze data across marketing technology stack to measure engagement, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to communicate performance trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, IT, and leadership to drive revenue growth and optimize lead quality.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
