Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to join the Growth Marketing team.

You will own lifecycle strategies across onboarding, engagement, and retention, coordinating multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) across countries and partners, and driving measurable growth. You’ll define KPIs, build reporting cadences, and translate performance into strategic recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns at scale.
• Defined and optimized lifecycle programs improving engagement/retention across markets.
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms including audience segmentation and journey orchestration.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
• Working SQL for audience segmentation and campaign analysis; collaborate with Data Science/Analytics.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows and cost/quality.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for onboarding, engagement, and retention across key user journeys.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across multiple countries.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM initiatives with launches and expansion.
• Drive CRM measurement framework: KPIs, reporting cadences, and leadership-facing insights.
• Identify gaps in customer journeys and design actionable plans with A/B testing and ML-powered targeting.
