Job summary

Novartis Group Companies is seeking an accomplished ED, CRM Product Owner, Data & AI to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of data and AI capabilities within the US CRM ecosystem. This role will sit in East Hanover, NJ, with 20% travel and no remote work option.

You will partner with executive stakeholders to transform CRM processes and drive customer-centric outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in product management or technology leadership in healthcare or CRM

Responsibilities

Drive CRM Data & AI Integration to optimize processes and insights.
Own CRM Data & AI Product Vision, Roadmap, and Delivery.
Gather CRM Data & AI Requirements and translate into system improvements.
Deliver Product Management Excellence with disciplined execution and high-quality releases.
Transform Business Processes using data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Establish Governance & Compliance frameworks for Data & AI initiatives.
Build and develop high-performing Product Owner teams.
Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions powered by Data & AI.
Drive Change Enablement and stakeholder alignment for adoption.
Evangelize CRM strategy with leadership forums and communications.
Optimize CRM investment with best practices and build-vs-buy analyses.
Maintain deep understanding of the Life Sciences CRM Data and AI landscape.
