Job summary

NOVACARD in Mexico is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to own campaign planning and coordination across near-prime client portfolios. You will define structure, schedule, and ensure timely execution from brief to analysis, working with cross-functional teams to automate campaigns and speed time to market.

The role requires a systematic thinker who can build scalable processes in a fast-paced lending environment, with remote flexibility and occasional business trips.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing marketing or CRM campaigns at a Senior level in fintech, banking, or consumer lending.
• Solid understanding of CRM principles and customer segmentation.
• English (upper-intermediate or higher) for international HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign structure, schedule, and activation for near-prime customers.
• Own full campaign cycle from briefing to post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with CRM and development teams to automate campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing, analytics, IT, and product on timelines and resources.
• Verify setup, segmentation, and communication scenarios before launch.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Establish standards and playbooks to improve speed and impact.
