Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS) is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to drive the technology vision for the CRM platform, leading end-to-end design of scalable, secure, integrated solutions for sales, marketing and customer service.

You will mentor CRM developers and architects, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and champion CRM best practices, data governance, and adoption of AI-driven capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation.
• 5–7 years as a technical architect leading CRM design initiatives for large-scale solutions.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms and delivering complex CRM architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.
• Design end-to-end CRM architecture with data models and integrations to ERP, data warehouse, and third-party apps.
• Act as a consultative partner to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Establish and champion the CRM technology roadmap, focusing on automation and AI-driven capabilities.
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to CRM developers, admins, and other architects.
• Lead best practices, governance, and standards in data management and security.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure CRM aligns with overall enterprise technology direction and data governance.
• Stay abreast of CRM advancements and propose adoption of new features to deliver business solutions.
