Job summary

Netomi seeks a Principal Customer Architect to own the technical arc for high-stakes deployments, regulating architecture, governance, and quality across key accounts. You will drive end-to-end design, align with executives, and ensure scalable, compliant agentic AI deployments after pilots.

You will lead architecture reviews, establish guardrails, and mentor the Customer Architect function while coordinating with Delivery, Product, and Security teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles or equivalent.
• Strong architecture and governance experience in enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience with LLM-based systems and enterprise AI deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end agent architecture across the customer's journeys and channels—chat, email, voice, SMS, in-app.
• Define the integration blueprint against real stacks: CRM/ticketing, telephony, identity, loyalty, payments, data platform.
• Set guardrails, governance, and observability architecture for compliance and risk visibility.
• Own quality sign-off before production and define prescriptive deployment standards.
