Job summary

Nelnet, Inc. is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to drive the technology vision for the organization’s CRM platform.

You will design scalable, secure, and integrated CRM solutions that support sales, marketing, and customer service, and provide technical direction to internal teams and external partners. You will mentor CRM developers, align roadmaps with business goals, and champion best practices for data management, security, and platform governance while integrating with ERP and data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation
• 5–7 years as a technical architect leading CRM design for large-scale solutions
• Strong communication and leadership competencies

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.
• Design end-to-end CRM architecture with data models and integration to ERP, data warehouse, and third-party apps.
• Act as consultant to translate business needs into CRM solutions and guide adoption of new platform capabilities.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to CRM developers and administrators.
• Ensure CRM solutions align with enterprise direction and data governance standards.
