The CRM Acquisition Integration Lead reports directly to the Customer Platforms Leader and serves as the strategic lead responsible for assessing, planning, and governing CRM integration activities for acquired firms and business entities.
This role partners closely with acquisition leadership, business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and delivery teams to evaluate acquired firms' CRM capabilities, business processes, data quality, and technology landscapes. Through structured discovery workshops and assessments, the CRM Acquisition Integration Lead develops integration strategies and onboarding roadmaps that align acquired entities with Grant Thornton's CRM operating model and customer platform strategy.
The role is responsible for defining how acquired firms will transition into the enterprise CRM ecosystem, ensuring alignment to platform standards, governance requirements, data models, and future‑state business processes. While implementation teams execute migration activities, this role owns assessment, strategy, planning, stakeholder alignment, and integration readiness. This aligns with the original CRM Integration Lead objective of onboarding firms into the global CRM environment while strengthening the strategic assessment and planning responsibilities.

Drive the professional development of junior Business Analysts through structured coaching, knowledge transfer, and hands‑on guidance, ensuring consistent adoption of BA standards, methodologies, and tools while building a strong pipeline of future BA talent.

You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of CRM data models including Accounts, Contacts, Relationships, Opportunities, and Activities.
Experience leading CRM assessments, due diligence, and acquisition integrations.
Knowledge of CRM data migration, data mapping, cleansing, and governance practices.
Familiarity with enterprise integration concepts including APIs, middleware, and data synchronization.
Experience documenting current‑state and future‑state business processes.
Understanding of customer lifecycle, pipeline management, relationship management, and sales processes.
Experience evaluating system landscapes, integrations, and technology dependencies.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Ability to develop CRM onboarding roadmaps and integration strategies.
Familiarity with master data management and customer data governance principles.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Architecture, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Business Operations.
Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integration initiatives.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and platform recommendations.
The base salary range for this position is between$144,000and$216,000. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity. At Grant Thornton, compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
