Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain and optimize data center operations across multiple facilities. You will perform comprehensive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to sustain near-perfect uptime and align with customer SLAs.

Key duties include vendor management, documentation, training across regions, and leading disaster recovery exercises. A strong background in critical infrastructure and building automation is required, with on-site

Qualifications

• 5 years of data center experience.
• 5+ years of root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with building automation systems.
• 5+ years in a critical infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge of feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS, ATS, PDU, chillers, pumps, AHUs and CRAHs.
• Applicable military experience.
• Applicable trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24x7 facility operations for mission-critical uptime.
• Manage vendor relationships and documentation control.
• Read blueprints and engineering specs to support maintenance.
• Lead changes toward operational excellence and disaster recovery drills.
• Assist in commissioning across markets and provide input.
• Ensure AHJ compliance and safe power provisioning.
• Support off-hours and weekend maintenance as needed.
• Prepare and update MOPs and SOPs for the data center.
• Monitor facility equipment and perform routine rounds.
