Job summary

Flexential is seeking a senior facilities leader to own and maintain data center MEP systems across markets, ensuring 99.999% uptime. You will collaborate with Critical Infrastructure, Design and Construction teams to drive reliable operations and scalable programs.

You will lead a team, supervise vendors, conduct root cause analyses, and implement plans to optimize site operations nationwide. Travel up to 10% and a discretionary annual bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 10 years of direct experience with data center MEP equipment.
• 5+ years in a management role with 5+ direct reports.
• 5+ years in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years in a critical infrastructure environment.
• Applicable military experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted technical and management guidance to the operations team.
• Oversee commissioning of new data centers and infrastructure augmentations.
• Develop and administer program level planning and project management.
• Support Operations with technical and administrative tasks nationwide.
• Directly supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to standards and schedules.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects; communicate effectively.
• Act as escalation point for facilities-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Drive innovation to reduce costs and mitigate risk in the facility.
