Job summary

Sedaa Corporation seeks a Principal Critical Facility Architect - Electrical Engineer to lead power-system design for data centers and critical facilities in California. This hybrid role requires a CA-registered Electrical Engineer and strong leadership across IT power projects.

Location scope includes multiple CA sites with a remote office option. The position offers strategic influence on standards, budgets, and project delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years IT engineering design experience or a Master’s degree with 8 years’ experience.
• Experience in multi-tier enterprise technology environments.
• Experience in enterprise architecture environments.

Responsibilities

• Directs critical facility team in preparation of battery, power board, generator, facility alarming, and facility upgrades.
• Oversees power system architecture and design of technology solutions.
• Engages with clients to develop power solutions and ensure delivery aligns with requirements.
• Provides advanced consulting during detailed design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Ensures successful implementation of power systems in complex client environments.
• Leads integration of client requirements into power system design models, diagrams, and charts.
• Identifies and implements process improvements at the department level.
• Presents power system scopes and budgets for project approvals.
• Coaches and mentors others to improve knowledge and skills.
• Partners with critical facility team to maintain technical standards and roadmaps.
