Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking a Principal Critical Facility Architect to lead electrical design of power systems for data centers, comm rooms, and backup power facilities. A California Registered Professional Electrical Engineer is required, with experience in generators, 48 VDC power, and IT infrastructure.

The role directs cross-functional teams, develops budgets, and collaborates with real estate on site selection and IT power needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10 years IT engineering design or 8 years with Master's in IT engineering design/implementation.
• Experience with multi-tier enterprise technology environments.
• Experience in enterprise architecture environments.

Responsibilities

• Directs critical facility team in battery, power board, generator, and facility upgrades.
• Oversees power system architecture and design of technology solutions.
• Engages with clients to develop power solutions matching technical designs.
• Provides advanced consulting during detailed design, build, test, and deploy phases of IT projects.
• Ensures successful implementation of power systems in complex client environments.
