Job summary

T5 Data Centers seeks a Senior Critical Maintenance Technician to support the data center by addressing electrical, plumbing, and carpentry needs. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with contractors to maintain facility uptime.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and can safely use hand and power tools. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and strong teamwork in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

High school degree or GED required.
Two years working experience in facility maintenance.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry required.
Electrical or mechanical licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing calls from customers, contractors, and management.
Assist leadership to deliver 100% uptime while minimizing risks.
Record maintenance tasks in the system and close tickets when work is complete.
Inspect interior and exterior structures to identify repairs and improvements.
Perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance with hand and power tools.
Escort and coordinate with outside contractors and ensure safety rules are followed.
Maintain and update building data, rounds, and PM work orders.
