Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Critical Facilities Senior Project Manager to lead MEP projects on site in Birmingham, AL. You will coordinate architects, engineers and suppliers, monitor milestones and ensure governance across multiple concurrent construction efforts.

The role requires a strong track record in critical facilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office tools. On-site presence is expected with flexible adaptation to client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure application of project governance, processes and systems.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and manage design teams.
