Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Monitor multiple construction projects and ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Forecast and update key milestones and project costs.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs, and regional stakeholders.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required updates.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
