Syska Hennessy Group in the United States is seeking a Critical Facilities Supervising Engineer - Project Manager to lead large-scale, mission-critical projects.

You will own project goals, coordinate with client leaders and project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high quality throughout the lifecycle.This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays, plus opportunities for staff development and client interface.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in the MEP industry.
• PE license required.
• Hands-on CAD/REVIT design experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project goals, contracts, and client expectations.
• Control schedules and budgets; oversee billing and cash flow.
• Ensure QC processes and QA/QC across staff and projects.
• Coordinate with trade engineers to deliver integrated design.
• Provide engineering leadership and design standards.
• Conduct business development and client liaison.
