Syska Hennessy Group in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Critical Facilities to lead electrical design on data centers and mission-critical projects. You will work from our Boston office with a strong emphasis on CAD/REVIT design, technical leadership, and client coordination.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years in consulting, 3+ years supervising teams, PE licensure, and hands-on experience in MEP/Power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from an Accredited Institution.
• 8+ years' experience in a consulting firm in the MEP engineering industry.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience required.
• PE licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Firm in all client interactions and project team coordination.
• Create basic designs and develop specifications, narratives, and layouts.
• Establish design standards and supervise reports and analyses.
• Coordinate with other trades, monitor correspondence, and supervise field duties.
• Participate in Technical Leadership Committee and mentor staff.
