Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group is seeking a Senior - Supervising Engineer (Project Manager) in Dallas, TX to lead complex MEP/CF projects. You will oversee design, coordination, and construction administration for critical facilities and data centers, ensuring quality control and on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ to 12+ years in consulting, REVIT/AutoCAD MEP proficiency, and a PE license. The company offers a flexible benefits package and a collaborative, diverse work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical discipline is required.
• PE license is required or in process.
• Experience in a consulting firm with 8+ to 12+ years.
• Supervisory experience of 4+ years and client liaison experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM tools and design software.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.
• Provide trade-specific system design and coordination with other trades.
• Lead QA/QC processes for own work and others.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and budgeting decisions.
• Manage CAD/BIM staff and coordinate with senior engineers/designers.
• Prepare proposals and participate in professional presentations.
• Estimate construction costs and assess feasibility using ROM.
