Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Colorado LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC license in good standing.
• Experience providing therapy, assessments, and crisis intervention services.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
