Job summary

Sony Electronics is seeking a Manager – Business Resiliency and Security Operations to lead enterprise crisis management, emergency response, and security programs across sites. You will own governance, playbooks and activation protocols, while coordinating with site leaders and external partners to ensure robust safety and resilience.

You will design and implement training, dashboards and processes to improve readiness, test plans through exercises, and drive continuous improvement in risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in emergency management, business administration, homeland security, crisis management, analytics, intelligence, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the enterprise crisis management framework with plans, playbooks, governance and activation protocols.
• Develop and standardize emergency response capabilities and Emergency Action Plans across sites.
• Oversee physical security programs and manage third‑party security providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Build a proactive culture of readiness through training, newsletters, awareness campaigns and engagement events.
• Design dashboards, workflows and data structures for Critical Event Management platforms to enable faster collaboration and decision‑making.
• Create and deliver role‑based crisis training and plan exercises; convert findings into improvements actions.
• Analyze data and make recommendations on operational improvements and risk mitigation for business units.
• Support Travel/Event Security, Transportation Security, Workplace Violence Prevention, and related programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and peer groups.
