The role reports to Global Security Operations and requires building trusted partnerships across a global organization. Hybrid work with occasional travel supports offices, studios, and events.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, incident management experience, and a track record of protecting employees and assets in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in physical security or related field.
• Experience leading security initiatives across multiple locations/regions.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to assess complex situations and communicate during incidents.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of security professionals across the AMER region.
• Partner with global security teams to maintain standards and practices.
• Support budget planning, resource management, and vendor oversight.
• Oversee physical security programs across offices and studios.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and crisis management.
