Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking consultants to lead CRIMS implementations across Front, Middle or Back Office investment management. You will define client requirements, configure the solution, train users, test workflows, and resolve issues before go-live.

Travel to client sites is expected to support successful deployments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, with strong implementation skills and the ability to work across teams and client environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience implementing financial solutions in banks, hedge funds, asset managers, or wealth management.
• Experience leading implementations of Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems.
• Substantive knowledge of fixed income, equity instruments, and investment workflows.
• Understanding of multi-tier architectures and relational databases; SQL, FIX, and Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Strong customer service record; ability to influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations; analyze requirements and provide product guidance through the project lifecycle.
• Support other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Assist in responding to sales opportunities; prepare and deliver presentations and run proofs-of-concept projects.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices; advise on implementation and operation.
