System One is seeking a Senior CAD Designer in Kent, WA for a 6-month onsite contract. You will develop, modify, and release Creo models and drawings for umbilical systems, ground testing equipment, and launch pad structures, following CN release processes and GD&T standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and stress analysts to ensure design conformance, interfaces, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) for modeling, assemblies, and drawing creation.
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 drafting standards.
• Experience with configuration management and engineering change/release processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop CN-controlled designs, models, and drawings for umbilical assemblies and routing hardware.
• Define and document interfaces with vehicle, payload, and ground support equipment.
• Develop, modify, and maintain Creo models and drawings per conventions and CN release.
• Prepare designs for test fixtures, stands, and ground support equipment interfaces.
• Define interfaces between launch pad systems and vehicles; support reviews and documentation.
