Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3 to 10 years of Commercial Banking underwriting experience (Middle Market, Large Corporate or Leveraged Finance).
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
• Solid foundation in credit analysis, including evaluation of business risk, industry trends and capital structures.
• Understanding of credit documentation (term sheets, credit agreements, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Partner with credit teammates and product teams to develop strategic debt financing solutions.
• Structure bilateral and syndicated loans aligned with client needs and risk parameters.
• Analyze ancillary credit exposure for treasury, rates and FX products.
• Perform due diligence and dynamic risk assessments of borrowers, industries and transactions.
• Create credit approval packages and manage the approval process from initiation to final decision.
• Construct detailed financial cash flow and repayment models with sensitivity analyses.
• Complete enterprise value analyses and pricing, and assess risk ratings.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Exercise approval authority for certain credit actions.
• Present opportunities to credit and risk leadership with supporting data.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to complete loan documentation.
• Oversee quarterly monitoring exercises and requirements.
