Qualifications

Responsibilities
Manages a portfolio of clients underwriting moderate to high complexity.
Independently works with Relationship Management, and Risk teammates.
Delivers financial modeling and analysis to support loan decisions.
Reviews work of junior teammates for compliance.
Leads loan structure conversations and documentation.
Completes Credit Approval Memos for loan approvals.
Synthesizes financial information to understand clients' financial standing.
Negotiate loan structure and covenants during documentation.
