Job summary

TD Bank in New York is seeking a CSB Credit Specialist II to perform credit underwriting and administration for a diverse portfolio within Personal & Commercial Banking. You will work with Relationship Managers and Credit Officers to align with risk appetite, structure transactions, and ensure quality risk assessments and approvals.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in credit analysis, strong communication, and a solid grasp of regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4 year undergraduate degree; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years' experience in related field
• Excellent credit underwriting and administration skills
• Superior ability to identify and mitigate risk
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth credit analysis for highly complex portfolios
• Prepare credit applications for new and existing borrowers
• Ensure AIRB methodology and TD risk appetite are applied
• Manage timely approval, documentation, negotiation and closing of transactions
• Ensure compliance with AML, Privacy, and information security policies
