Job summary

The Credit to Cash Senior Operations Analyst at BDO USA focuses on monitoring and resolving day-to-day billing and contract administration tasks across regional teams. You will coordinate with transactional managers and lead analysts to support firm-wide policies and procedures.

You’ll mentor staff, lead improvement projects, and act as SME for billing configurations and processes while collaborating with regional finance, principals, and OMPs to meet regional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 2+ years in billing/contract management.
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Word/Excel and familiarity with billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing and contract administration direction and support to client facing professionals.
• Investigate and resolve complex setup and billing issues via firm best practices.
• Coordinate with regional finance and lead analysts to address billing needs.
• Mentor staff and lead improvement projects in locations as directed.
• Serve as SME for billing configurations, processes, and Knowledge Base updates.
• Interact with clients via the BDO eBill portal and internal inquiries.
