Job summary

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or risk management.
- Extensive experience with financial statement analysis, credit structuring, and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Credit risk management and portfolio oversight for complex commercial loan portfolios.
- Lead due diligence, prepare credit approval memoranda, and review covenant compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts and lead credit training sessions.
- Drive underwriting process improvements and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Credit Product Specialists on deal terms.
