Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions supports an established organization in the Irving area seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join the Credit and Collections team. The right candidate will review credit applications, assess risk, and manage exposures across multi-entity relationships.

With 5+ years in credit or finance, you will analyze financial statements, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate across functions to optimize credit decisions and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial credit, credit analysis, or related finance/accounting experience.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills.
• Experience with larger or more complex customer exposures.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial credit applications and recommend credit limits and terms.
• Analyze financial statements and assess customer creditworthiness and risk.
• Manage exposure across multi-entity customer relationships.
• Monitor A/R aging, DSO, delinquency trends, and portfolio performance.
• Assist with bad debt reserves, reporting, and risk analysis.
• Partner with collections, sales, operations, accounting, and leadership on credit matters.
• Support customer master data accuracy and credit-related system processes.
• Create and analyze credit and portfolio reporting using Excel and BI tools.
• Assist with audit, internal control, and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to less-experienced team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 required
• Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred
• Exposure to SOX, audits, or internal controls is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
