Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, portfolio management and underwriting.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit relationship including analysis, modeling and coordinating approvals for all products.
• Support and enhance client relationships.
• Assess internal ratings, risk and mitigation; adjust structure as needed.
• Negotiate Credit Agreements; manage covenants and documentation.
• Monitor collateral trends and reserves; advise on actions.
• Collaborate with Banking Teams and product partners.
• Communicate with Senior Management and regulators; maintain credit files.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
