First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Senior Analyst, Vendor Management - Credit Risk to oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and risk analytics. You will partner with Credit Risk leaders and finance teams to maximize value while maintaining compliance.

The role covers cost tracking, contract governance, quarterly business reviews, and executive briefings, with a hybrid work pattern in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, financial analysis, or related discipline – preferably with exposure to credit risk or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track expenditures for Credit Risk vendors against approved budgets and identify variances.
• Maintain cost tracking records for Credit Risk vendor relationships (credit data providers, scoring model vendors, analytics platforms).
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support vendor spend analysis and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to reconcile and process vendor invoices accurately.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and present findings with data to leadership.
• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle activities for Credit Risk vendors (renewals, amendments, new agreements).
• Conduct benchmarking to inform negotiation strategies and ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain centralized contract repository with milestones and SLAs.
• Assist in drafting contract summaries, redlines, and negotiation briefs for stakeholder review.
• Lead ad hoc analytical projects, deliver insights on vendor performance, data quality, and model effectiveness.
• Design reports and scorecards to communicate vendor performance and program health.
• Support RFP/RFI processes for vendor selections with evaluation criteria and scoring.
• Lead preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop executive briefing materials aligned with risk strategy and priorities.
• Produce polished materials for executive briefings and track action items for follow-up.
