Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders for business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Develop expert understanding of business challenges and risks across portfolios.
• Network with industry contacts to gather competitive insights and best practices.
• Recommend measures to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Consult on committees and task forces and provide credit coaching to teams as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure risk controls, analysis and monitoring are effective.
• Lead communication strategies and cross-group collaboration to influence outcomes.
• Manage resources and execute strategic initiatives to meet financial goals.
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve complex strategic issues.
• Review credit decisions and communicate rationale to customers when needed.
• Monitor credit portfolio compliance with policies and lending guidelines.
