Responsibilities

• Independently examines appraisals and evaluations for adherence to policies and standards
• Assesses credibility and reasonableness of appraisal value conclusions for substandard and impaired borrowers
• Documents and reports results of reviews and identifies action plans for resolving issues
• Escalates where corrective actions are required and ensures action is taken
• Delivers exceptional experience for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts by applying expertise and making decisions in line with Bank policies
