Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Credit qualifications and knowledge per established standards.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and regulations.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Independently examine appraisals and evaluations for policy adherence and standards.
• Assess credibility and reasonableness of appraisals for substandard/impaired borrowers.
• Document results and recommend action plans to resolve issues.
• Identify corrective actions and escalate as needed; support independent valuations.
• Deliver exceptional experience for a defined portfolio with policy-compliant decisions.
