Harnham, a fast-growing fintech lender, seeks a senior credit analytics professional to influence pricing, credit, and portfolio strategy across origination, underwriting, offers, and performance.

You will partner with Credit, Pricing, Data Science, Engineering, and executives to quantify pricing impact, segment offers, forecast risk, and drive value through AI-enabled analytics in a commercial setting. This is a high-impact role with strategic influence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience within credit analytics, risk strategy, pricing analytics, or portfolio strategy.
• Lending, fintech, specialty finance, banking, or consumer/commercial credit experience.
• Strong SQL and Python (pandas).
• Experience with vintages, cohorts, roll rates, losses, forecasting, and portfolio performance analysis.
• Ability to influence commercial decisions and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in small business lending, MCA, revenue-based finance, or unsecured lending.
• AWS, dbt or modern AI tooling.

• Determine the true economic impact of pricing changes.
• Measure commercial outcomes and influence senior leadership on strategy.
