The role requires building predictive models for commercial decisions, deploying and monitoring models in production, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to drive end-to-end impact.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in Data Science within lending, fintech, banking, insurance or adjacent sectors.
• Experience building predictive models used for commercial decision making.
• Exposure to credit risk, underwriting, pricing, customer value, marketing science, or decision science.
• Experience deploying or monitoring production models.
• Strong experimentation/A-B testing mindset.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve production models that influence credit approval, underwriting, pricing, and lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to deploy and monitor models.
• Drive end-to-end model development from concept to deployment and monitoring.
