Responsibilities

• Oversight of portfolio monitoring via internal reporting and dashboards, ensuring loan terms and collateral compliance.
• Validate and analyze financial statements and collateral reports to verify compliance.
• Ensure credits are properly risk rated and monitored.
• Prepare quarterly portfolio reports and analysis, including criticized loan monitoring.
• Underwrite new transactions and renewals, extensions and amendments.
• Participate in client meetings and internal deal discussions with senior management.
• Conduct due diligence and present credit requests to credit authorities.
• Engage in special portfolio management projects.
