• Assess and opine on loan structure, collateral, lien position and priority, guarantor support, and documentation adequacy.
• Ensure all credit decisions reflect the risk-adjusted profile and align with risk appetite framework; challenge lines where needed.
• Review term sheets, credit agreements, and related documentation to confirm terms, covenants and conditions are accurate prior to closing.
• Perform ongoing surveillance of the credit portfolio including watchlist management, early deterioration signals, and rating migration trends.
• Contribute to development and oversight of credit risk methodologies and policy; streamline credit analysis using technology for efficiency.
