The role requires strategic oversight of deal structuring, credit policy, and regulatory engagement, with authority to evaluate and approve complex project finance and asset-based transactions across Solar, Wind, LNG, data centers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental financial analysis and evaluation of complex deal structures across infrastructure and power assets.
• Take ownership of internal credit ratings and document decision rationale.
• Engage with front office deal teams as independent credit authority on deal design.
• Propose structural changes to manage credit risk in new or existing transactions.
• Lead due diligence discussions with client teams and coordinate with Legal and Finance.
• Own and manage a portfolio of Investment Grade and Sub-Investment Grade exposures; conduct reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments and counterparty credit profiles; escalate as needed.
• Mentor junior team members and promote inclusive risk culture.
• Participate in firm-wide risk and portfolio reviews and ad-hoc projects.
