Qualifications

• Senior credit risk professional with private credit judgment and structuring skills.
• Experience evaluating complex private credit and bespoke financing transactions.
• Ability to influence transaction design and underwriting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve complex private credit and bespoke financing transactions across asset classes.
• Analyze direct lending, asset-backed, specialty finance opportunities.
• Partner with deal origination as an independent credit authority in structuring and negotiations.
• Assess borrower fundamentals, collateral, cash flow, and risk mitigants.
• Influence deal architecture, covenants, docs, and risk allocation.
• Prepare and present credit recommendations and risk assessments to governance.
• Lead diligence discussions with borrowers and sponsors; participate in reviews.
• Monitor exposures and market conditions; identify risks and portfolio developments.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and control partners on execution.
• Support development of junior team members in a high-accountability team.
