Job summary

EXL in New Jersey (hybrid) seeks a senior client-facing leader to transform credit risk reporting for a major banking client. You’ll blend risk analytics with delivery leadership on a large-scale automation program across consumer lending.

You’ll own portfolio performance analytics, present risk narratives to senior risk leadership, and guide the end-to-end automation with data engineering partners. This role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of consumer credit risk analytics experience at a bank or consumer lender.
• Proven ability to present and defend risk positions with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern data environments and reporting modernization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio performance analytics and risk insight – analyze credit performance across consumer book and identify trends.
• Lead the reporting automation program and manage end-to-end automation with data engineering partners.
• Own client engagement, manage senior risk stakeholders, and drive program roadmap.
