Job summary

EXL Analytics seeks a Credit Risk Practice Lead to orchestrate onshore consulting and delivery for digital lending initiatives. You will own senior client relationships, oversee multi-account delivery across credit risk strategy, fraud, collections, and model development, and lead hiring and team development.

The role requires 12+ years in credit risk analytics within banking/fintech, strong leadership, and AI/GenAI solutioning experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in credit risk analytics within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience leading onshore delivery teams and managing multiple client accounts.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and grow engagements.
• Experience with AI/ML and GenAI solutioning is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as practice leader for multiple fintech/digital lending accounts, owning end-to-end onshore delivery across credit risk, fraud, collections, and modeling workstreams.
• Mentor and develop a team of onshore consultants and managers, owning performance management and career development.
• Lead senior client relationships and conduct business reviews with executives to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive end-to-end projects from scoping to staff planning and delivery of analytical initiatives.
