Job summary

EXL Analytics, part of ExlService Holdings, Inc., seeks a seasoned Credit Risk Practice Lead to oversee onshore delivery for digital lending projects in banking and fintech. You will guide credit risk strategy, fraud, collections and model development while managing and growing a high-performing team.

You will engage with C-level executives, translate business challenges into AI/ML solutions, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in credit risk and analytics within banking/fintech/financial services.
• Experience leading onshore delivery teams and multiple client accounts.
• Strong track record with senior client relationships including C-level executives.
• Experience across credit risk strategy, fraud, collections, and model development; AI/GenAI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as practice leader for multiple strategic fintech/digital lending accounts, owning end-to-end onshore delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of onshore consultants and managers across client engagements.
• Lead senior client interactions, conduct business reviews, and manage escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive end-to-end projects: scope, plan, staff, and oversee delivery of analytics initiatives.
• Own hiring and growth of the onshore team; recruit, interview, and onboard new consultants.
• Lead AI solutioning from problem framing to delivery for lending clients.
