The ideal candidate has 5+ years of banking experience, an MBA or equivalent, and strong Excel skills, with fully bilingual (English/Spanish) ability. This is a full-time, on-site position in Miami, FL.

Aufgaben

• Monitor robustness of models and portfolio trends by tracking performance metrics across portfolios and business lines.
• Develop a quality framework and standards to ensure reports and analytics are highly accurate.
• Serve as primary contact with third-parties evaluating portfolio risk (loan reviewers, auditors, regulators).
• Ensure regulatory and management reporting is delivered on time with uncompromised quality.
• Provide accurate data and samples for regulatory exams, internal audits, loan reviews, and related requests.
• Lead policy development and implementation through analysis and written proposals.
• Lead implementation of risk mitigation controls to limit risks from specific populations within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Accounting and Product Development to enhance tools, systems functionalities, and reporting accuracy.
