Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university in a related field.
• 7+ years in credit administration, credit risk analysis, forecasting, accounting, or loan portfolio reporting.
• 4+ years of staff or cross-functional leadership experience.
• 2+ years of statistical modeling or banking experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CECL model execution including data prep, model runs, validation checks, and reconciliation to source systems.
• Lead monthly and quarterly loan reporting; own data extracts and resolve integrity issues across departments.
• Prepare complex credit risk management reports and presentations for senior management and committees, with analytics on asset quality and portfolio diversification.
• Review and approve documentation regarding forecast methodology and assumptions; oversee policy updates.
• Ensure SOX controls and regulatory compliance; collaborate with ERM on policy frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing risk team to optimize ACL methodologies and portfolio reporting workflows.
