The position requires 10+ years in Counterparty Credit Risk or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record leading examinations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of commercial credit experience in Counterparty Credit Risk or Credit Review.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills with the ability to lead examinations.
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities; regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Credit Review examinations and serve as Examiner-in-Charge where needed.
• Perform transactional testing of credit processes for new and existing clients.
• Evaluate the quality of credit decisions, policies and processes across portfolios.
• Analyze counterparty credit risk exposures and identify emerging risks.
• Review limits, exposure metrics, margin practices, risk sensitivities and stress tests.
• Provide timely, fact-based feedback and conclusions from reviews.
• Track observations, follow up on findings, and validate actions.
• Assist Portfolio Managers with portfolio reporting and coverage plans.
• Engage with regulators and risk partners; coordinate with Internal Audit.
